The Terrell Hills Police Department comprises 15 certified police officers and one reserve officer who work cooperatively within the community to ensure safety and security. Under the leadership of Chief Gail Baham, a graduate of the FBI National Academy and the Bill Blackwood’s Law Enforcement Management Institute Leadership Command College, the department has achieved “Recognized Status” for compliance with the Texas Law Enforcement Agency Best Practices Recognition Program.
